Jonathan and the other Associate were absolutely great, their assertiveness, knowledge and experience are impeccable and they paid attention to our needs and even let us bring our dog in store so we could pay full attention to the matter.

The person who helped me find my new mattress, Yvona I believe, was very kind, and very patient with me, despite my indecision. She also offered me a cup of tea when I had to wait a few minutes for the mattress machine to be available. She and her colleague were both very knowledgable and helpful, and made for a lovely, calming experience.

The staff was very helpful and kept me informed off all the offers. And there was always someone to assist me 🙂
