I was not highly satisfied, does not say I was not ok. Dream is a good place to go if you need a good sleep.

I was offered a drink the first time I came in to look at the items but when returning to buy half hour later I was not offered anything. I also feel that the price for disposal is very high. I have a single bed with a pull out bed underneath, this would of cost £75 to dispose.

£85 is a lot to pay for a pillow. I would prefer the interior foam section to be washable.

When making the appointment I specifically stated that I wanted to look at the Ealing Ottoman. When I arrived I was informed that the actual product was not available to see in Ealing ( bizzare as I went to an Ealing store, you may want to rethink that one) and that there was one in Watford ( do not wish to travel that far in a pandemic). However I must add that had it not been for the lady who served me being do helpful I would not have made my purchase. She rang up the Watford branch, asked which Swatch and colour was the most similar and also which bed. I was really impressed with the young lady

I wasnt made aware that I needed to request that the bed should be assembled, as I would have paid for the service at the point of sale. Im in my late 60s and live alone, so it would make sense. However, I had to fine someone to assemble it for me because I needed my old bed dismantled and put in another room and it's not a service that you provide. Overall, Im pleased with the bed, but the customer care element needs to be individualised a bit more, as some disabilities are not always visible.

I was promissed a delivery of the item bought on the next weekend, but it will be delivered in two weeks. You are not exactly delivering the item to a place abroad.
