The mattress that I wanted was quite pricey without the divan. I told the assistant that I would like to be informed when there was a discount on the mattress which she did and I am grateful to her as I required a good mattress. At this point I should give a compliment to Ramona the assistant who was very helpful and also had a great knowledge of the different mattresses in the Dreams shop. So my thanks to her.

The advisor seemed to have little knowledge about the mattresses. We were looking for a firm mattress and she couldn't tell us additional information about the quality, how firmness is measured, popularity, the brands, etc. aside from just reading what was on the product info sheets. She struggled to locate the firm mattresses in store.

Because the assistant was not completely clear on the discount she offered me on 4 pillows. I was offered 5% discount on the bed I was buying. She then offered me 4 pillows for £5. She then added them on which wiped out my 5% discount and added £5. If you offer discount and pillows at £5 then do what you say and give the full amount not fiddle it all. She did not understand what I meant when I said I was not paying £35 for 4 relatively poor quality pillows that I could get at Ikea for 1/2 the price.

I think the store should be more lit considering that you sell white mattresses in it and think that if the light would be brighter you would look better and unfortunately the blackout did not attract ... our assistant was wonderful and helped us a lot .. Thank you Jon

The experience was OK, the problem was with that store was short of staff. It was bank holiday Monday. The sale felt rushed, the staff member that attendant was good and she knew her staff and was friendly and professional, it's just a shame that she had another 3 customers to attend at the same time, which is not her fault as there should be more sales people on store on busy day like that.
