the agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my needs although the weren't able to confirm the exact colour of the items I bought as they were not available in store

I would have preferred to be left alone a bit more.

The product variety could be better. The delivery is too long from purchase

Although I was the only one in the store there were two assistants, I had to keep looking for my assistant. When going to place the order again although there were two assistants at the desk the person helping me had to answer the phone. Not too sure what the other person was doing....

I was very satisfied with my experience with dreams, the only downside for me was the delivery time. About three weeks to wait for delivery but I guess that’s partially due to COVID so I do understand. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future for more bedroom furniture
