Dreams - Ealing

Huge thanks to Marcin who was helping us today at Dreams in Ealing Broadway. He was really great, showed a deep knowledge of the product, was very patient answering our million questions and gave us enough space to make our own choice. He was not only extremely professional and helpful, but also very friendly. It was a really good experience for both my wife and me.

After ordering a bed with Warren Evans and then finding out it had gone bust so we didn't have our lovely new bed we wanted, we went back to the Dreams store to see what they had. The staff were very good and knowledgable, and even though we asked numerous questions and tried every mattress in the shop practically, they just let us take our time and decide what we wanted. I went back to the store on 3 occasions to check the bed and mattress and to see if I still liked it, and also I was waiting for any special offer promotions as the cost is a huge outlay. Marcin who works in the West Ealing store and also a new member of staff justin were very helpful and answered all my questions. Very happy so far...just hope I am still happy when the bed arrives!
