The shop assistant, Marcin, was extremely helpful. He explained everything perfectly and in details but also gave us time and space to think and make decision. He made our purchasing experience very delightful.

The guy (I later found out his name is Marcin)who welcomed us was super patient, polite and had so much knowledge about the products. He showed us all the options, understand what we were looking for, recommended us a few options to try. I like that we tried a diversity of mattresses and I got a professional recommendation for one that s good for my backproblems. We were encouraged to stay and test every mattress, lye down and spend a couple of minutes on each one. Marcin was extremely helpful and patient with us. I really liked that he didn’t pressured us in buying something and understood that we are taking our time, as we are looking for a new house as well. We come from a Eastern Country where houses are very big and rooms very large but Marcin gaves us some great tips that we haven’t thought about when choosing a mattress here in UK. He told us to first find the house and afterwards measure the room and the entrance as the mattress may not fit as we want a super king size. He gave us all the details and more about Tempur mattresses and we had a lovely experience at the showroom.
