Dreams - Ealing

We were helped my Marcin and Justin. Both of them were absolutely lovely. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable. They pointed out things we might not have considered, and were attentive without being bothersome or claustrophobic. It was some of the best customer service I've ever received in a store, and whilst the products and price were pleasing, it's because of the two of them that I would recommend Dreams to friends and family in the future without hesitation.

Customer service was very good, knowledge of products and understanding of the customers needs were met. Vito was very friendly and ensured that all my options were explained to me thoroughly. Overall good experience and I'm fully satisfied with my purchase which is being delivered sooner than I thought. I have recommended friends and family members to visit the West Ealing branch as a result. I will definitely be back to Dreams, thanks again to Vito for his outstanding service.

Marcin was very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to explain in detail the differences between each Tempur mattress and was understanding of our needs.

The assistant, Marcin, had very good knowledge of all the products in the store and was very informative without being too overbearing. He also gave us enough time to make a decision, and didn't try and pressure us into buying. Very satisfied. In fact, all the staff were nice and all greated us when we walked into the store.

The person that assisted us for the selection and purchase of the mattress has been very helpful, he knows well the different mattreses and their use, understood very well our needs and gave us very good feedback and relevant information of the mattress selected such as its maintenance, delivery options and feedback from users related to the item selected. He has been friendly and gave as the time and space to test the different mattresses and choose without pressure. Delivery conditions were also well explained. Disclaimer: This review has been submitted after the purchase of the mattress but we have not yet received it. Therefore it does not cover the service of delivery or the usage of mattress, just the store itself.
