Erika was very attentive and helpful. We were able to try all the beds we wished as often as we wished until we made our choice. All our questions were answered. The ordering process and delivery time were most satisfactory.

I felt like the customer service advisor, Erika, didn't try to sell us anything. She listened to what we were looking for (which we'd already found online) and ensured our purchase was smooth and efficient

Jonathan was welcoming and friendly and explained everything well to us. He gave us the time we needed to decide for a product and didn't rush us.

Jonathan was extremely polite, attentive and patient. He gave me great advice without forcing the sale on me which made me feel that he genuily cared.

Amazing customer service from multiple people. I live nearby and could afford to take my time so I visited the store weekly awaiting the relevant deals I required and got to know Marvin initially but whenever he was not available I got to know of Erika. In the end it was Justin who finished my purchase. Took care of changing the delivery dates as required and changed the colour of the original divan I ordered to one more palatable for me. Thier product knowledge was excellent and gave opinions openly and came across very trustworthy and forthright.

Service was quick and easy. Staff member was friendly and polite.

Display of items. The assistant was friendly and was patient dealing with me regarding selection of items and changing of items. He dealt with transaction issues .

Really knowledgeable and helpful assistant (Justin) greeted us at the door and took time to understand our needs and show us the options available. Fantastic service and all with a smile.
