Wonderful staff made picking out a new mattress really easy. The store manager and one of his staff (I'm so sorry I've misplaced her name) guided us through and helped us find the perfect mattress

We were approached as soon as we walked in the store, but asked the lady if we could look around first, which she was happy to do. We then approached her a few minutes later and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the purchase a really easy one and we would highly recommend her and the Ealing branch to our friends and family.

Dreams offered a excellent understanding of our needs and adapted the mattress selection to our price range.

We came to the store after purchasing a mattress from a competitor and ending up dissatisfied. However, we lead very busy lives so it was important to us that we were able to find a high quality and trusted bed store nearby that was able to understand our needs and finalise a sale within the hour. This is precisely what happened and Ivona (our sales assistant) was friendly, polite, patient and quick. Please tell her we were happy and that she did a good job!
