Dreams - Ealing

Upon entering the store we were greeted and offered tea or coffee. The sales rep offered to give us some help in finding our purchase but I said I wanted to have a look around and test the various matresses and beds in your showroom on our own. After trying and selecting the perfect bed we then proceded to get advice on our purchase. Your sales rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He conducted the transaction professionally.

It was great being serviced by Jon in the Ealing store . He helped us understand the differences between the mattress and was very patient in answering all our concerns as a first time mattress buyer

I was highly satisfied by the service I received because of the assistance I got from the the staff member. His name was Dipeche and he was ever so nice. I placed the order over the phone and stated I would pick it up from the store. I was coming from work in Kingston and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time but Dipeche assured me that even if I was running late he would wait for me. He was the only member if staff in the shop but he handled things very professionally. He was very polite and kind. He answered the many questions I had. He even helped me carry the mattresses out of the shop as my partner was coming to pick me up. He was ever so kind about the whole thing. I felt like I was talking to a friend when dealing with my order. Thank you. Will definitely recommend to others.

Abdifatah served us going out of his way by staying back for an extra 45 minutes after store closed. Was really impressed by his patience. He didn't for making us feel unwelcome when we got into the store 15 min before closing time or rushed us through the finance process. Will be great if this feedback is communicated to him

dreams assisted me well and frendly but delivery its to lit ,wich is no boodys fullt ,becuse i have a back problem i need my bed as soon as posibel but send me a 6th of sep.Rrgards Manijeh sharif

We knew what we we're looking for, Jonathan the assistant was very helpful in suggesting other options on beds and pillows we would return there again for help and guidance for beds etc..all in all a very pleasant experience

We were served by Vito who was very knowledgeable about all the products. He also gave us time alone to think about the different options available. We are happy with the service he provided and are looking forward to receiving the bed and mattress we ordered.
