The cover manager Havina was very knowledgable, gave us plenty of time and made sure we selected the best mattress for us. Her service skills were excellent - it was a pleasure to shop at Dreams.

On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant young assistant and offered help and a beverage. When she realised she was not confident enough to answer our questions she immediately called for her manager. It was apparently only her fourth day in the job. We appreciated that initiative from her. The manager was able to deal with us immediately and we found him very knowledgeable and helpful. We were happy to make a purchase and found our experience all the more satisfying because of the very pleasant and professional way the staff dealt with us.

Jon (working in Dreams, Ealing) was very helpful and gave me a range of options when I specified my needs and price range, but he wasnt obtrusive as some shop assistants may be. It was a very pleasant experience, I am highly satisfied with the service I received and with the whole purchase process - I especially appreciated how Jon went through the terms of conditions (e.g. of returns etc.) with me to avoid any confusion or me signing something I wasnt familiarised with. My only complaint is the time the mattress shipping will take, but I can very much understand that.

I was highly satisfied with the sales person knowable understanding my need in what type of bed I needed. It is just a shame that delivery will take longer then a week to arrive as I had ordered a small double 4ft bed.
