The Assistant was excellent and very well informed.

Whole experience was very good. Was offered tea or coffee on arrival which is a nice gesture as you need to take time to look around when shopping for a bed and not many shops would offer this.

We had lovely shopping experience, were listened to and were offered to try out couple of mattresses that fitted our bried. Sales assistant was well informed, polite, knew his product well and was not pushy or trying the hard sell.

Jonathan was very nice and welcoming and it only took a matter of minutes to get everything done am very pleased need more Jonathan’s working for you

Faisa was very patient, informative & produced a tape measure to help with measurements. Kindly offered tea or coffee on both visits. She was efficient & kindly chased after me when I left my glasses behind. Our son & daughter in law also received excellent service from Dreams.

Faisa & all the staff were very friendly, efficient, patient & kind. Even running after me to return my glasses, as I had left them on the table. Very kind because I had another appointment & needed my glasses.

Very helpful attentive staff helped us find a solution we had not considered.

I m very highly satisfied because in 2017 we bought a super king size bed and it is amazing and today we buyed 4 tempur comfort pillows, and they are super comfortable ,i strongly suggest dreams for theyr high qualilty products and theys high standard customers service Bless all of you Eleonora and armando

We had done our research before entering the store. We knew exactly what we were looking for & intended to buy that day. Upon entering we were greeted by a charming lady called Ivona. We advised Ivona of what we wanted, asked to double check measurements before making our purchase. Ivona went through all our measurements & any minor concearns we had graciously. As we sat down to make the purchase, my husband mentioned he was tired after a long day at work. Ivona very kindly offered us both a hot drink & I couldn't help thinking what an absolutely lovely gesture this was. We purchased our bed & other items, with delivery on our chosen day & the fantastic service we received from Ivona, we could not have been happier.
