Colleague (Faisa) was helpful and knowledgeable and took time to understand what I wanted in terms of item and price point. She gave us several options to try and didn't rush us. She was pleasant and professional throughout, obviously knew her products and had excellent all round customer service skills. Although I spent a little more than I intended, it was because I was given a wide range of products to try and found the best one to suit me, rather than being pushed into buying something that didn't fit my needs.

Faisa served us in the branch and she was fantastic. She was well mannered, had great product knowledge and was very helpful. Much better than the service offered in your other branches

Jonathan is a highly experienced salesman, effective and professional communication, excellent customer service skills and very polite and helpful generally.

Jonathan was brilliant at the Dreams West Ealing store. He was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable on the products. He also knew when to give me time to have a think about which mattress to go for. I was really pleased with the service and ease of placing my order.

Fasia was amazing. Super helpful, patient with me and while my son and I chose a new bed for him. Knowledgable about the mattress and bed frames. She made my visit easy.

Great service

I was assisted well by the sales assistant and she was patient in allowing me to ask as many questions to make sure I made a free choice and decision on my purchase. She gave me my own pillow whilst I was in the store and offered me a hot drink making me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

We arrived within the last 45minutes of closing, browsed around and the super king bed in the window stood out - exactly what we were looking for. The store was neat and clean, the staff friendly and Jonathan was very helpful with finding out specifics of the bed/mattress we desired, the delivery time frame (which was the only let down we would have liked the bed more urgently but understand this larger size takes more time). My partner and I were offered a hot drink which we accepted while we waited for the finance to be set up. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with!
