The service I received was brilliant from the moment I placed the order in the West Ealing branch and spoke to Jonathan to the afternoon I received the goods. The delivery men were courteous, friendly, respectful and quick. Thank you to all those involved in this journey to a restful nights rest.

I was helped by one of your employees named Faisa. The first thing she did, after greeting me, was to ask if I wanted a cup of tea/coffee. This put me at ease straight away. I explained I wanted a Ottoman bed for my son and she showed me all the ones you had in store. She explained and demonstrated how each one opened. Her knowledge was excellent and on this basis, I was able to find a perfect bed for my son. I also needed a mattress and luckily for me, she showed me 2 mattresses that were on sale. She allowed my son to lie on both to decide which one he preferred. Faisa was extremely patient, as I asked a lot of questions. Once I decided what I was buying, the process of booking a delivery slot was quick and easy. I am planning to purchase a bed for my me and my wife in the next 6 months and I will definitely be coming back to your store in West Ealing. Faisa has already shown me several that I would be interested in.

THE ASSISTANCE WAS VERY NICE BY YOUR COLLEAGUE FAISA WHO HELPED US GREATLY LOOKING FOR THE BED AND PURCHASING IT. IN YOUR BRANCH AT WEST EALING ON UXBRIDGE ROAD.

The girl that was helping us, Faisa, was amazing. We came in not knowing what we were looking for and she quickly helped us narrow down the search to the perfect bed frame for us. She took on board every request we made and was extremely helpful. Once we had chosen the bed frame she helped us pick everything else around this. She found us the perfect mattress to suit both myself and my husband without taking too much time to do so. Before finding all the pillows and duvets we needed she asked us if we had any specific requirements and upon telling her about my dust allergy she quickly suggested the perfect products for me. I am extremely impressed with her knowledge of the products, her understanding of customer needs and the friendly attitude she has towards customers. She is warm and welcoming and I would recommend her services to all my friends and family. What could have been such a tedious process turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. West Ealing Dreams is incredible!

We have visited the store a couple times. Jon helped us on both the ocassions. He gave us all the necessary details for the bed that we were interested in. We were very pleased with the overall experience. Jon was very coopetative and pleasant to interact with. Would definately visit again for our next purchase.

Came multiple times to the store and on each occasion I was always greeted with a warm smile, offered assistance, pillows and refreshments without being pressured to make a purchase. Very friendly atmosphere.

I visited the store 4 times before actually placing my order. The Met Jonathan each time I went and I was able to tell home exactly what I needed. Jonathan was very descriptive in his knowledge of the beds and backache which I suffer from and which beds would fit my budget and care for my back. I did my reasearch and based came back to Dreams.
