Dreams - Ealing

I was served quickly and promptly by Evona in the Ealing store. She explained to me the differences between The Tempur Comfort Pillow Original and another Tempur pillow. I had ample time to consider both options and tried both of them. I chose the more expensive one and during my time in the store was offered a cup of tea. Also after the purchase I was given another small cushion as an extra present. I will enjoy my time at home with my new pillow, hopefully having "sweet dreams"

Faisa and Jon were very patient with me, we went back and forth between the different choices and they put no pressure on me to choose quickly, and they also assisted me with finding out about colours and bases for the ottoman storage beds. Very pleased with my experience of their service.

I was helped my a lady called Faisa from the West Ealing Dreams store, she made me and my mum feel very comfortable, she gave us tea and showed us the different mattress's and what would be suited to me so I can get the best sleep.

Jonathan the assistant who looked after me was very pleasant,helpful and knowlegable.

My wife and I we met Jonathan, a pleasant and charming man, who politely greeted us with a reassuring smile, someone we had not met before. He asked us what we wanted, to which we said that we needed a mattress which would alleviate the pain in our back. He suggested we lie on an equipment which would identify the kind of mattress that would suit us. This we did and it resulted in recommending a type of product. He then took us through the merits of a number of mattresses, giving an in-depth explanation of the various questions we posed to him. We were impressed with his non pressurised sales talk, at no time did we feel we were being conditioned to buy. However, we told him the price of the mattress was excessive and beyond our budget, to which he responded that he would attempt to make it affordable and gave us a reduced figure, which we took home for consideration. We returned on 13th and negotiated a price to mutual satisfaction which we paid. We were impressed with Jonathan's approach to us, his demeanour, politeness, “ saying it as it is” and above all, we were able to relate to him, as someone genuine in his dealing with us.
