My partner and I were looking for the perfect bed. We were ready to visit many places to finally decide one. Dreams had many options of beds, quite flexible for us to try out, state-of-the-art approach to pick the right product, and above all, friendly, knowledgable, patient, and kind Dreams Colleague, Ivona. She gave us many options, asked relevant questions to understand our needs, showed us different beds, also handed pillows for our comfort, and let us try the technological beds. We were amazed. We did not only get the perfect mattress, but also got a divan, headboard, and a couple pillows. WE WERE BEYOND HAPPY and thrilled our search was over. It made our Saturday 😊

The sales rep approached us within a minute of us entering the store - but her calm demeanour didn't feel intrusive or pushy. She was superb and I wish I took her name as she should be commended for her service. She was as calm as the supple soft mattresses presented neatly throughout the premises. We told her our budget is small at £400 and she was encouraging and still gave us the great service (going off the presumption that the commission would be less for her) nonetheless she showed us everything within our range and didn't push on us increasing our budget. She then had us try the dream machine configurator thingymajig, and this gave us pretty good insight and experience at Dreams since we learned a bit more about our optimal sleep potential. We then tried a few more mattresses and ended up with one within our budget which we are expecting in a week's time. I also liked that she would continously get pillows for us when we were trying out a variety of beds and offered us water when taking the sale. I think the whole experience encourages me to consider more about coming into stores than depending wholesomely on internet purchases. Can't beat people power!

Ramona was helpful on our first visit and made us understanding the right mattress for our needs. We came back the second time and we placed the order. Ramona was friendly and gave us all info on lead time and the flexibility to move the shipment to the date we will be moving to our new home. Great service and great staff.

I called my local store, asked if they had an air bed in stock. They were restocked two days earlier, so I was able to drive around the corner, walk into the store (good covid practices in place), make the purchase (I was helped immediately - your colleague was good to ask me if I needed any accompanying products), and I was finished quickly. Painless, pleasant, and quick.
