Dreams - Ealing

Once we arrived the store, Shop assistant Ivona gave us a very warm welcome and treat us water for drinks. we're surprised by the technology they use called 'Sleepmatch' and it tells which kind of mattress will fit us. Ivona also gave us detailed introduction on the mattress and let us lay on the bed to have a try. We were gaven Tempur pillow to lay on which was so cozy and soft. The store answered all of our questions and introduced so many different choices of beds and mattresses so we can have a very clear picture of what we can afford and what fit me most. Overall this is a very pleasant visit and I'm very satisfied with the cleaniess of the store and welcoming and professional advice from Ivona. I hope everyone can enjoy their visit in Dreams if they want a high quality mattress and beds. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff free parking had the product I was looking for only 3 days to wait for delivery,I would have preferred to cash and carry I had vehicle big enough but they don’t have stock on site

Ivona was very patient with myself and my mother. We tend to be very indecisive and ask a lot of questions but there was never a point during our discussions that she was impatient or irritated. She answered every question in detail and was very friendly. She obviously knew a lot about the products which gave us a better understanding of what was the best option for us. I would definitely go back to the store again, especially if Ivona was there. She made our decision much easier.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted by staff member Jon who was extremely professional and helpful. We used the sleep match machine which gave great insight into the type of mattress we needed. The overall experience was very smooth and efficient.

My husband and I visited Dreams in West Ealing to purchase a new mattress. We were assisted by a very knowledgeable and pleasant lady called Ivona. Throughout the experience of choosing the right mattress Ivona has been very professional, calm and informative. We never felt rushed. Ivona made my husband and I feel very valued as customers.
