Very prompt service and very attentive.

I entered the store and was immediately helped by a knowledgeable sales person. She was able to listen to my needs and shortlist me 4 options with different price ranges which made the decision process much easier.

Jonathan the store manager was very helpful finding me the correct type of mattress using the machine and then showing me the different one’s available in store that were within my budget.

Evona and Sylwia were very approachable from the moment we walked in and did not feel out of place once. Very professional and helpful.

The assistant didn’t rush us, was very accommodating (we had our toddler with us), got us to have the mattress assessment and was very knowledgeable

Although the shop was being refurbished/reorganised, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite not a lot of stock to see, we did find something very suitable in a short time. We were impressed with the knowledge and recommendation for a good quality and well discounted mattress. Thank you Dreams!
