The assitant was there to greet us as we entered the shop, I said we would like to look around and we would come and find her when we were ready, which we did. We were offerded tea or coffee which we galdly accepted.

Friendly team of staff and atmosphere.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. We were assisted by the store manager Jonathan and he was fantastic. We had gone in to look for a bed and mattress we had seen online but left with a different bed and two mattresses! We both did the sleep test and were quite surprised by the results. I now have a new bed and mattress and my husband has a new mattress and we could not be more pleased. We received brilliant, attentive, knowledgeable service and a quick delivery time as well, what more could we ask for. Jonathan is a credit to your company and we will not hesitate to recommend your company to all our friends and family.

Jonathan the store manager was highly professional, very informative and a delight to do business with. If all store managers were like this, then Dreams will be a huge success.
