The mattress fitting option was amazing

As soon as I arrived to the shop manager of the shop welcoming us and very quick he understand our need he advised us to check the machine which helped us to find right mattress while we drinking coffee we chose the bed and mattress very quick very friendly and trusty atmosphere I really appreciate the service

The lady serving us at the Ealing Store was Ivona. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient and took the time to understand our needs. This was the second time we bought a bed and mattress in the last 2 months

Ivona has been extremely helpful and polite. She has proved to have extensive knowledge of all products and helped me find my dream mattress.

The customer service was excellent. We were served hot coffee/tea to warm ourselves while browsing through the store. Assistance was also provided to us to use the "Sleepmatch" device. We were then shown the recommended mattresses and were also provided with pillows.

Ivona, the customer service assistant was first class in supporting me with choosing the right bed for me. Listening to my particular needs, drawers, simple bed frame, important to get a mattress that is tailored for me so when using the sleep match that was great. She gave me time to decide, didn't crowd me and was on hand to answer any questions I had about the products I viewed. Her help was great. All the way through the process she explained what she was doing and what would be happening next. I found this reassuring. My bed arrived in matter of days and was fitted by two pleasant members of your team, who did this efficiently to where I wanted the bed and reminded me of my 100 day trial period. Overall I couldn't have received a better experience. Thank you 'dream team'
