The overall customer care was excellent, I was greeted given information and allowed time to process it. I was shown the bed matching technology and was able to try out the recommended selection. The staff went back and forth to ensure I was happy at the store I spent a long time there probably confusing the staff but they never let me feel that way. so thank you.

I have visited two of your stores in the last month in order to work out what matters best suited me and order one. All members of staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made it very easy for me to find what I needed.

The service was excellent. We were not rushed into making any decisions or purchases for the sake of a sale and came back 3 times in total before finalising our decision. Ivona's product knowledge was excellent and she helped us make rational, valued decisions.
