The availability of products plus the sales assistant who went an extra mile to explain the various types of mattresses I was looking for.

Assistant very knowledgeable and helpful

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Ramona who welcomed me to the store and went about establishing the reason for my visit by using effective open questions. I was invited to use the sleepmatch service which was fully explained to me by Ramona. Once this was complete she took me to each of the recommended matresses and given both a pillow and time to consider my options. Once I had made my selection, Ramona took me to the desk and we very carefully went through my order, delivery and payment. It was at this point I met Jonanthon the store manager. I have been working in retail management for over 25 years and both of your team member's were excellent. My husband passed away 4 years ago and this type of purchase we would have done together. I desperately needed a new matress for quite q long time and felt quite intimidated at doing this alone. From the time I entered the store to the time I left, I was made to feel welcome and it made the shopping experience far less daunting than I was expecting. Both Ramona and Jonathon are a credit to your organisation. I have been telling everyone about the great time I had and to use the Ealing store.

Quick efficient staff and you had what I wanted without a long wait

The woman that served me was absolutely amazing. I went to the ealing dreams store on 24th April around 4pm and the woman was so friendly, helpful and attentive. She explained the differences of each mattress and helped us in explaining what kind of bed I need. She was very helpful on th delivery as well and had such a lovely manner. I actually was going to go to another bed store but the service I received made me buy my mattres from this store instead.

I was highly satisfied with Dreams because I received great service from Ivona and I quite happy with the products that I have selected and purchased.

Ivona who was the retail advisor at the West Ealing branch of Dreams was very helpful. She really helped me pick the right mattress and bedframe. Friendly polite and patient. Would definitely shop at Dreams again.
