The staff were welcoming and were very helpful in explaining products. Gave us ample opportunity to try different items by ourselves. Not overpowering in forcing us to make instant decisions. When we were ready to make enquiries they readily assisted us with supplying the availability of the products.

Ramona was so friendly and brilliant. She listened to my needs, took me through the mattress test and showed me all the mattresses that had been recommended for my body through the machine. She was patient with my indecisiveness and able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. What I loved about her sales technique was that she wasn’t at all pushy, after showing me all the mattresses she left me to trial them again and gave me all the time I needed to think about things. I left to get some lunch and when I returned she was showing mattresses to another set of customers however she flawlessly managed to see to both our needs at the same time. I really can’t recommend this store and Ramona enough. I had the best experience I possibly could have and was also thoroughly impressed with their Covid sanitising techniques. Ramona made me feel completely at ease and I purchased the mattress there and then which is impressive for someone with my indecisiveness!! If you go to this store - track down Ramona and she will find the best mattress for you :)

The gentleman who served me was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I've been there before and saw the same sales person. The double bed I wanted didn't have a delivery date until January but he managed to find me a similar model that I can get in November. It's still a long wait, but not as bad as January.
