The attendant was very friendly. She gave me a lot of attention and time to decide. He took my doubts when I needed them and all the employees were wearing masks from the beginning to the end of the service.

Staff were very friendly and informative. Helping when needed but also giving us space too. Which I appreciate as I’m very indecisive so sometimes don’t deal well with pushy sales associates which ivanka and Jonathan were not at all. Would definitely come back, as I have more furniture to purchase. So will return later.

Jonathan was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave us some space to talk amongst ourselves but was always in ear shot if we needed him. He let us have some privacy without making it awkward.

Our assistant Ramona in Ealing was excellent. She wasn’t pushy but helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. She listen to what I said I didn’t want and showed me products that would match what I said would be suitable. She was happy to wait whilst we tried other places but was equally happy to welcome us back. I’m very impressed

I was particularly impressed by the person who helped us. She could not have been more helpful.

I was assisted by Jonathan the store manager at Dreams, Ealing broadway and he was efficiently detailed with his product knowledge. He offered me beverages upon arrival, the store had great social distance measures and cleanliness. Jonathan assisted in purchasing a tailored mattress and beautiful 5' King Size bed which I cannot wait to arrive. He took his time to thoroughly distinguish the differences in mattress types, headboard prices, ottoman option (which I had no clue about) and the best package for me. I was hesitant at first to make such a purchase due to Dreams prices, however, I left feeling over the moon with no regrets. I cannot wait for the delivery, so I can recommend all my friends.

Good friendly informed service. Liked the sleep/mattress analyser. Given plenty of time to make the final choice.
