I visited the store in West Ealing and was assisted by Ramona. She was an incredibly friendly and experienced sales assistant, who from the first minute we walked into the store came and welcomed us and asked how she can help. After trying on multiple mattresses and asking all the questions from the most complex to the most basic ones, we decided on a mattress. She was kind and helped us understand the delivery options, the cover and what it means and was incredibly friendly all throughout this experience. One of the best sales assistants I’ve came across in a while.

The lady serving was super helpful, explained everything clearly and kept me in touch on the progress.
