Brilliant customer service, Rachel was extremely helpful as this was our first bed and she showed us plenty of options but also gave us time on our own to think about it.

Rachel asked for my need on entrance to the store and she listened to everything that I said advising which products were suitable.

Friendly and not pushy. Good product knowledge and efficient. You get what you pay for and even though the mattress is expensive, I feel sure that it will be good value for money. The mattress test that I took was great fun too! All told, a pleasant experience all round.
