The colleague was attentive towards us and when asked she left us to discuss the choices. We were greered as we walked into the store and offered a bottle of water whilst we paid for our purchase. The sale was swift.

The assistant was very helpful and very pleasant.

I was I impressed with Rachel she was very knowledgeable and efficient she was lovely to the elderly lady that i brought to the store.the other ladies were very helpful and Couldn’t help eneogh we both enjoyed the experience thank you so much

The lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful when I was in the store and offered drinks to help stay hydrated; she made the experience very fun and informative.

From the moment we walked through the door we were made very welcome. Leeane came over and offered her experience which we later found to be invaluable. We went in to buy a mattress but weren't sure what would suit our needs. After going on the mattress simulator we new which mattress would suit. On show was a metal bed with a great deal attached. So we bought both the bed and the mattress with no pressure from Leeane just valuable help and information. My wife i never thought shopping for bedding could be enjoyable but in this case it was. Well done Dreams from a very satisfied couple.

The lovely lady that helped us find our perfect bed and mattress was so helpful and really took the time to let us get the perfect bed for us, we couldn’t of asked for better customer service.
