Assistant was very helpful but not in a manner that was "pushy" as some sales staff can be. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products. We did take quite a while to make our final decision, even changing our minds altogether as to what product we wanted but she was patient and friendly throughout, understanding it was an important decision.

Fantastic service and knowledge from Trevor. Helped me decide between 2 frames and gave great advice on choosing a mattress.

The salesperson was pleasant-- just the right level of helpfulness. She didn't hover too much, but made herself available to advise and knew the answer to all my questions.

The Assistant who dealt with us was very attentive to our specific needs and she was able to explain the deferences between each mattress choice. The machine to test your "mattress " requirements was a very good experience and showed how much Dreams have invested to "get it right " for the customer.

Simple straightforward process with pleasant and helpful staff

The process was perfect, felt very well looked after by Janette. She was patient and attentive and really cared about our needs and was very knowledgeable. The matress assessor machine was very helpful in finding what matress we needed and meant we didnt have to try every type of bed like goldilocks! Very sayisfied and very pleased with our experience and the finance options made what was seemingly a luxury we couldnt afford, affordible!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was given the most useful service! I was taken to the bed that assesses your body and tells you what mattress would best match you to be then walked around the store to test and feel the mattresses. I found the perfect mattress with the helpfulness of the staff member.

Rachel the Sleep Expert who served us was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She gave us the information we asked for and explained where in store the beds we were looking for could be found. She then allowed us time to check things out by ourselves - just what we wanted. She was however alter and ready to help when we indicated we had a question or required help. Great not to be shadowed constantly! We were also impressed by the range of beds available and Rachel's willingness to talk us through various points to help us make our decision.
