Very long wait to be served. Only 1 assistant available (with customer).

The bed I really wanted I was told would take longer than 12 weeks to arrive. How we they couldn’t tell me how long, so I had to choose something else

Some of the finishing of the product was poor. The paint was uneven /looked marked in places.

I felt that although the sales assistant was more than knowledgeable it was disappointing how long delivery would take. I appreciate due to the virus time constraints apply but nearly 5 weeks seems a long time for s as n in house product.

I was Highly satisfied with LeeAnne, she was very patient and helped me very much. I was not happy when I phoned less than 24 hours later (LeeAnne was not in) but a gentleman answered. I asked if I could pay the difference could we have slider feet put on instead as the wheels will go into my carpet, he came back and said no, but I could pay another £150 to upgrade the base. I did not want to buy an expensive base. I think this should be an offer to customers to be able to change the feet. I will now have to get them online. Other companies charge £25 to change the feet.
