Attended durham retail park store literally as i entered store a girl called sorcha approached me asking how she could help, asked what i was looking for and why , asked my needs for a good night sleep and what i wanted different to what have now to enable better nights sleep, showed me 3 or 4 different products all to suit my needs with a great price range explaining each product very simply to understand, fantastic customer service and great product.

Leanne who assisted us was great, listening to what we wanted & highly knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the variety & quality of products available

Excellent customer service all the staff were very helpful. Janet our customer service assistant was very knowledgeable. And once we explained exactly what type of product we needed she showed us products tailored to our exact needs and did not try to push more expensive products on to us which we appreciated.

The service given in the shop by Andrew was friendly, efficient and professional. A comprehensive review of the products available enabled the selection of an item to precisely meet our needs.

Visited the store a week prior to placing the order. The lady who assisted us understood our requirements and showed us the products available. We then returned the following week and were assisted by Andrew who used the "bed machine" to find out a best match mattress and was patient while we tried out a number of options

The store asssistant was helpful and polite, not too pushy and was happy to explain all my options. I liked the sleep evaluation machine
