Leanne who we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the beds and very helpful.

I received a lovely welcome as I entered the store by Sorcha. She asked questions on what I was looking fit and listened to my needs. She guided me through the store on the beds in which matched my criteria. We came across a bed that was actually in the sale and met all of my needs! As I went to purchase she offered me a complimentary bottle of water which was very kind and the purchase was smooth and quick! The whole process took 15mins as I entered and Left the store! Very quick purchase! But was super happy as it is my dream bed! Thank you Sorcha!

Andrew gave excellent advice and showed us all options available in store. He offered alternatives for us to try to highlight the differences between what was available.

Had a great time, forgotten the name of the member of staff but she was excellent. Wasn’t pushy and allowed plenty of time to try all the mattresses. Even allowed my granddaughter time and let her ‘help’ choose a new mattress. A credit to the team

We were looked after by leeanne at the Durham shop. We explained what we wanted in size, quality and price range and leeanne did the rest, very friendly very informative and found the right product for us 10/10.
