We were promptly greeted by Andrew who listened to our needs and requirements, and after asking if we would like some water he then showed us to the automated bed where it measured our postures and lying positions, Andrew then gave us each our own specific pillow which we then used on various mattresses until we found the right mattress for us. Very friendly very knowledgeable very professional.

The young lady who served me was very very helpful and helped me choose my bed .she was also very pleasant and a credit to your shop .I enjoyed my shopping experience

I visited the Durham store and was served by a man called Trevor. His customer service skills were brilliant I even visited the store again and made sure I was to see Trevor and if I was to ever return I would definitely ask for him he was very helpful. He advised me of the best mattress for me following a test and let me test them all. He was brilliant, I had issues with my card and he went through it all with me. Really couldn’t fault him in any way if I was to ever return I would definitely be asking for Trevor as I know I would get quality service

We went into Dreams with only the idea that we wanted a new mattress. Leanne ,the sales person ,was absolutely excellent , she was professional, knowledgable about all the mattresses we tried and did not make us feel rushed into choosing. We are very happy with the whole experience of shopping at Dreams. Leanne is an asset to your Store.
