Leanne was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the store. We were able to use the simulator to find out what kind of mattress we needed to meet our needs. We were provided with a bottle of water each whilst looking around the store to find our mattress. The process from start to finish was problem free

We Really liked the machine that worked out which mattress suited you best,probably saves loads of time instead of trying all types of mattresses in the shop. The delivery time was much better than I expected. Assistant was friendly and understood our reasons for changing existing mattress .

We went looking for a bed for ourselves and our son, but not really knowing much about them or what we actually wanted or needed.. Andrew the salesman talked us through the different options available, and assisted in us trying out a considerable amount of mattresses to see which suited best.even showing us different stock on the large screen instore, which helped decide what was required.. he also offered us refreshments which was also a nice touch. In the end we spent a lot more money than was first anticipated but we believe the quality we will receive will more than justify the spend.
