Dreams - Durham

I first looked online for the bed I wanted, when I arrived at the Durham store I asked Trevor to show me bed similar to the one I liked. (As I wanted to see them In Person) once I looked at the beds I came to the decision of the one I like online, Trevor gave me some more information about the bed which helped me come to my decision of buying that bed. Overall the cleanliness of the store, option of beds, and how alert the staff are gave me a great experience. Will highly recommend the Durham store.

We entered the store with an idea in mind of the type of bed frame we wanted but needed assistance choosing the perfect mattress. Sorcha at the Durham store was very helpful taking us to different brands to try with a pillow that most reflected the type of pillow we use currently. She helped us narrow it down to a select few and then we were able to make our choice.

Andrew was attentive to our needs, gave expert advice without being pushy yet suggesting products he would recommend not just being a yes man to what we thought we needed (I.e going for a medium mattress when we thought a firm was what necessary) and generally being friendly and a positive assistant.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently and the staff were very friendly.

Sorcha Pomeroy who dealt with me was absolutely wonderful and very professional.... took the time to assess my needs and sold me exactly what I was looking for

Was easy and simple. Lots of options. Really liked the mattress matching machine.

Lovely helpful young man called andrew who listened to what i wanted and even offered other options which i bought in the end.offered a bottle of water as i was getting abit hot and bothered as it was a hot day and wearing a mask and needed time to look round shop as picking bed and mattress isnt a quick decision

On our visit to your store my wife and I found the store to be very clean and well laid out .The assistance we received was excellent and the sales persons were well informed and knowledgeable about all the products on display. They were smartly dressed although shirts would be smarter than T shirts.

The Sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products. She was helpful throughout our visit and we never felt under any pressure to complete the purchase.
