We visited the Durham store and dealt with Leanne. She was superb, very friendly and knowledgeable and we probably wouldn’t have purchased if she wasn’t there

We visited twice. The first staff member used the test bed to check out how we slept and he discussed our needs, to reccomend the type of mattress that would suit us. He was friendly, informative and even offered us a bottle of water! We didn't purchase at this point as had somewhere else we wanted to look.. On our second visit back, Trevor was also very friendly, asked about what had already been reccomended, if we had been on the test bed etc.. He also offered us a bottle of water. The staff were what made this particular store so good. We had been to another well known shop where the customer service was terrible!! We came back to Dreams, based on your staff customer care. The order was swiftly delt with by Trevor, in a friendly and efficient manner. The mattress was delivered within 5 days, with superb communication from the delivery team.

As we walked into the store we were approached for assistance immediately and when discussing the bed we wanted we were guided to the bed and as the price was too much we were guided to another bed similar to the one we liked. Further into paying for the bed we found out that it was only in a kind size. So we suggested our second bed that we liked the look of and thankfully that was in a double. We were offered to lay on a mattress to see if we liked it and also were informed that we can have 30 nights on this mattress with a mattress protector on and if we aren’t satisfied we can inform the shop and get another one we liked with the price of the mattress we paid for off the new mattress. We were informed about the draws on the divan bed we wanted that if we have a bedside table we won’t have to move the table to be able to access the draw. Finally we were paying for our gorgeous bed and mattress we were offered a free mattress protector. We payed our deposit and we’re informed that we need to pay the outstanding payment one week before delivery and we left the shop feeling HIGHLY SATISFIED

The assistant (Leeanne) was extremely helpful, gave understandable explanations and was very pleasant. She was an ideal person to have as a guide when needing our various requirements to be achieved; all in a professional manner. The many options were available to be viewed/tested, due to the extensive instore stock. A pleasant shopping experience in a comfortable ambiance without any undue pressure.

Leanne was very helpful, and let us try out a variety of beds with great patience so we could choose exactly the one we wanted.
