As being a blind person I found the assistant, Jeanette, very much aware of my disablement and she had very very good communitcation skills respecting my access needs.

Trevor who dealt with us at the Durham branch was excellent. we explained what we were looking for and he took his time explaining the different types of mattress and explained how technology to determine the best type of mattress worked. Took us through the relevant mattresses in a very friendly knowledgeable way. Excellent customer service

The staff could not have been MORE helpful or pleasant; on a personal level they noticed I was somewhat breathless with my asthma and offered me a seat and some water and took me up in the lift to see the bed they recommended. On a professional level they were extremely knowledgeable and quickly located the EXACT product we wanted and purchasing it and organising delivery was quick and easy; they made buying our new bed a thoroughly enjoyable experience - Thanks particularly to Kirsty!
