Amazing experience, we spent 2.5 hours with Sorcha and she was absolutely brilliant, really informative and allowed us to take our time with our decision.

From setting foot in your store in Belmont, Durham the staff were very friendly and professional. Not pushy or in your face like many other stores. Leeanne was brilliant- she queried first what we were looking for and then helped us by completing the clever bed selection electronic process. Once this was completed she went through the list and took us to each type of bed it suggested. She explained fully about the beds and let us make our own decisions without any pressure. We went home to consider the options and then returned the following day and were greeted again by all staff in store. Then talked through what we had decided on and order was placed, checked and double checked all was correct. Order date was selected to suit us and all options for disposing of our old bed, were covered and agreed. Exceptional service from start to finish by all but especially Leeanne. Looking forward to delivery date and hope this matches the service we’ve had from yourselves so far. Thank you so much

The help from leeanne was invaluable as we haven't bought a mattress from a shop before we have bought online and then found them very uncomfortable. Leeanne put us on the bed machine that works out what will be the best mattress for you she also offered bottled water nothing was to much trouble she then showed us all the mattresses that would suit us that made things a lot easier than trying everything in the shop so I'm glad we decided on paying a visit to the shop

Excellent customer service from Leanne. She was very patient and took the time to work us through the Sleepmatch programme. Excellent product knowledge with no high pressure sales pitches. We were given ample time (and a bottle of water) to make our own decisions. All in all, Leanne made the whole experience enjoyable.

Andrew, who served us at Durham dreams branch was an excellent help. He is a credit to the branch and the wider business, his product knowledge, patience and friendly personality are the perfect qualities to make you feel relaxed and able to ask as many questions as possible to ensure the purchase is tailored to your exact needs. Whilst on my visit I briefly mentioned that my wife was pregnant, this was enough for Andrew to think on a personal level in line with the customers needs and offered us cover against “bodily fluids”. We bought £3k worth of products and did so with a smile on our face thanks to the amazing service that we received. I did complete the sale over the phone the following day and was equally impressed with the efficiency that this was dealt with. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
