I was served by Rachel and she was very helpful. Trying different beds etc.

The beds we were looking for were right next to the door. The salesman was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had regarding sizes.

Trevor was super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about his products. He tried very hard to get me a good deal which I walked out very satisfied with my purchase.

Both occasions visiting the store have been highly satisfying. Andrew was very knowledgable and made the experience easy and enjoyable (although I wasn't enjoying spending so much money...). I do have one minor disappointment that I took advantage of an offer and during the sale the price of the Tempur mattresses seem to have increased reflective of the discount I got off the bed frame. Also the frame I wanted, the lead time was too long. Despite that, I would say that I am still highly satisfied with the level of service and quality and range of products.

We walked into store just to browse, after afew moments we was gently approached by the gentleman called Andrew, now what I liked about him immediately was he was not a pushy salesman, he was very pleasant. We didn't want help at that time so he carried on with his duties, then we fell in love with a bed and asked for Andrews help, and omg he went above and beyond, we talked laughed and listened to our needs, he got us on that bed tester to check which mattress was more appropriate, offered us plenty of water, we had our 4year old daughter with us and he fussed over her, got her some Olympic books, let her hand the printer paper to his colleague, called her his little helper, he just made spending 2k in 5 minutes worth it to be honest.

Andrew was very helpful and was just attentive enough to provide all of the information we needed to make our decision.
