The quality of the products was and variety of stock in store was adequate yet the staff member who helped me made my experience 10/10

The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. He listened to what we wanted and although the bed we had seen on line and wanted to see in person, was not in store or in stock our needs were taken into account and alternatives were suggested. Very happy with our decision

We were welcomed in to the shop and asked what our needs were. Leanne listened and understood. We were asked to lie on a special bed which “read our bodies” and gave a printout of the correct product for our requirements. We were then shown several options to choose from and given plenty of time to make our minds up. Leanne also offered us a bottle of water and then took us to the desk to complete our order. It was a very enjoyable experience and made the choice much easier than in past purchases elsewhere. Have already told neighbours about it so they will also try it soon

The sales lady we used was amazing good knowledge and not pushy. Cheaper than we expected to.
