Dreams - Durham

The associate was brilliant, she helped us right away, very courteous and knowledgeable. She offered us refreshments and entertained our children. She found the product we need with ease and guided us through the process expertly. Top marks!!

I was extremely pleased with my trip to Dreams in Durham. The whole process was very enjoyable and easy thanks to Rachel and her colleague who helped to advise on beds. I purchased the perfect bed frame and mattress!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made to feel at home and offered a drink whilst there. We were offered the extras needed to go with our purchase. Efficient service.

We had a great colleague that showed us everything and took time to walk us round with no rush or pressure and guided us through everything. Her name was Janet whom worked at the Durham branch. All staff we very welcoming also.

Assistant was very helpful and friendly, order was placed without any problems and a good delivery date was given to suit myself

Firstly the assistant who was andrew at durham branch was 100% on information as to what kind of bed we required which was really helpful as we didnt know where to start the experience on the bed sensor was immence i cd have stayed there all day!! Secondly His customer service was impecable just what we needed to reasure us which was the right choice and delivery in the same week was fantastic! Two happy customers !! Thankyou again andrew!!

From entering the shop at retail Park at durham we were greeted by Rachel who was very professional knew all about the products at put us at ease with her pleasantness

We were met by a lovely lady, she was very attentive, clearly knew her products. She did a bed test to find the right for me. I didn’t feel rushed and given lots of time to wonder the store
