From the minute we walked through the door the store assistant Janette was amazing. Explained the layout of the store, where we could find things and services available. Her product knowledge was great and she was very helpful.

To be honest we were looking to buy from Bensons Beds as they are more local to where the beds are for HOWEVER they quoted 8 weeks delivery for every bed and that just isn't effective. Your store is quite distant from the address but you civer that area happily and with 2 week delivery :-) If I were you I'd run advertising in Hartlepool as 2 week delivery is excellent for peoples needs. It pays to have stock when people need essential things like beds. We'll be buying again from you for Hartlepool and our let properties.

Leanne was excellent very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Her knowledge was excellent and helped us to find the perfect bed mattress and also pillow!

We were unsure what we needed and Leanne the Dreams staff member helped us with the mattress selection and talked us through options after firstly explaining the Dreams mattress computer and giving us options and advice. We were given our quote to take away and I rang up the next day and made the order over the phone. Leanne was friendly, informative and very professional.
