Parking Facilitied, Store Cleanliness & Layout, Refreshment Availability & Very Friendly Helpfull Staff - in particular Leeanne who carefully listened to all our needs to ensure we purchased exactly in line with our requirements.

It was a better service than we expected. The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly. We expected to just look around the show room like in ikea but there was a lot more to it and it almost justifies the price. The price was just a little higher than I’d have liked to have spent.

It was my first shopping experience at the shop, as I walked in I could see and feel a good atmosphere. I walked round the shop with my children to choose a right bed and mattress for them , then a lovely shop assistant called Leeanne came round and asked if we are alright and need a help. I was so pleased because i needed an advice. She showed us the mattress I explained to her what I want and need , we were even able to lay down and try them how does it feel, it was a good experience. That's why I like to go shopping directly to shop.

the shop assisstant Trevor was excellent with us explaining how the bed worked and about the installation. I was using crutches at the time and was able to move around the shop easily. I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams at Durham and will return when I may require other purchases. Thank you Trevor.
