There was a good range of choice of products The store was spacious and clean Staff (Janette) was attentive but not pushy Janette allowed us time to deliberate and explore choices Janette shared knowledge of the range of products Janette offered the mattress assessment programme to help us make the right choice and supported us through this - this was really helpful Janette gave us pillows with protectors to use when trying mattresses which helped, and was hygenic The overall service was thorough, and efficient

I found the lady very welcoming and helpful when I went into the shop and within a short time I knew which single mattress I wanted to buy . I then rang my order through and the delivery date was fixed .

The assistant Rachel was fantastic, usually when shopping with my wife can be rather stressful however on this occasion was an absolute pleasure felt totally at ease in the shop didn't feel pressured to buy just all around fantastic

We were approached in a timely matter and felt instantly at ease. The sales assistant Leanne could not have been more helpful. She was amazing with my little boy which made the whole process so much easier. She was knowledgeable and clearly listened to is.
