Found process from entering the shop stress free, very helpful staff, not rushed, overall enjoyable experience

Its the first time I have shopped at dreams. Was satisfied from the moment I stepped inside. Till i came out the shop. The assistant Colin was very friendly and helpful and put me at ease. I will be back again if I need anything else.

Colin, the Store Manager was a pleasure to deal with, he understood our needs, he was not pushy and gave us space to make up our mind, great guy!

The store assistant dropped what he was doing and offered his assistance. He was very knowledge and picked up on my requirements quick and talked me through the options available, made it easy to choose. The order process was quick and I really appreciated the free delivery.

The sales rep was very helpful and gave us very good assistance we were very impressed and would definately return to your store.

From the moment of entering the store we were greeted with a friendly member of staff who asked us questions then providing good knowledge of product information. He suggested we use the machine to determine the best option for a new mattress. We were shown 3 mattresses and found all 3 to be to our needs. We chose one and the ordering was done to a high standard. Excellent service and will be back in the future

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in,everything was spotless and cleaned after use and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything

I was given all the options and advised on the pros and cons of each option. The guy was patient and helpful while I hummed and aahed about which one I wanted. He also discussed numerous payment options with me.
