The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us time and space to make our decision (buying our daughter’s single mattress) and was extremely patient and friendly with our two young children. We were able to take a mattress away with us and he carried it out to our van. Thank you so much - we wish all shopping experiences were like this!

Gus was brilliant from start to finish, a nice welcome as we entered the store, great product advice, knew when to leave us alone and then came back to answer any further questions we had.

We were warmly welcomed as we walked in and pointed in the right direction for beds and sofa beds. The gentleman gave us a good amount of time to look before coming back over to see if we had any questions. Another member of staff was cleaning the beds which made us feel safe that they are taking covid precautions.

The staff were efficient, knowledgable and helped me make a decision without being too pushy.

The choice was excellent, the delivery time was fast and the service given by Gus was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
