I have been to other bed stores and felt the staff were too hard pushed on selling and wouldn’t leave me alone. Whereas the staff at dreams understood from our initial chat that I wanted to look around myself first and that they were available should I need more assistance. Rather than follow me around the whole time. This is what made me purchase from there is I didn’t feel that I was being stalked and sold to. The staff were very laid back and genuine rather than false just to get a sale.

All very easy with friendly help and I loved the sleep assessment tool. Good range of knowledge provided and great selection of beds to try.

I looked online for bedroom furniture to ascertain my choice of colour & style. Prefer to view items selected & give custom in store after viewing to confirm my initial thoughts. The colleague showed my alternative options in store & allowed time to make a final personal choice. I was very pleased with the level of service provided & the attention given to my purchases on the day. Processed quickly & timescales for delivery provided. I returned to my local store due to similar customer experience in the past together with the quality of product purchased.

Store Assistant Ian was fanstastic from start to finish. He listened to my needs, did the matress assessment and then allowed me to try the recommended mattresses and pillows. He tried to facilitate my issues with paying the deposit but your systems do not allow the deposit to be split between 2 payment cards so I had to postpone my purchase for a week. Ian was very accommodating when I returned and changed my order to a smaller bed and mattress. He saw everhything through to the end and then assisted me to the car with my smaller purchases. He is a great ambassador for your company and very knowledgable on all your producs.

I spoke with David and Gus on the phone who were both incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. The item I originally was looking for was unavailable but I was given an even better alternative at a really great price and arranged for it to be delivered when we needed. Cannot fault the service at all!
