The person who serviced us was very helpful and knowledgeable, told us all we needed to know, gave us time to decide and came back to see how we were getting in. Give the kids bottles of water, nice touch

Sales advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The sales assistant in the store was very welcoming, knowledgeable and spent time with us to ensure we got the correct product. There was no pressure and we came away satisfied we had made the best choice of product.

Cynthia looked after us extremely well. She met all our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Ian was helping us to purchase out kingsize bed. Staff very friendly in Dunfermile he was not very pushy like another seller who is a manager in Kircaldy store. I don’t like pushy people and his attitude that’s why I never came to Kircaldy shop but went to Dunfermile why I should travel when I am disable to go to his store when I am just a local from your dreams store. Very happy with everything in Dunfermile store

Just what I expected

Guss was more than very helpful he was superb in knowledge & fantastic in the help he gave me the only point I’d like to make was the length of time the credit check took with waiting for the email to to be picked up. It used to be quicker when you did it by phone. But Guss offered tea or coffee and I’m happy to wait as I’m a pensioner and have time to myself thankfully

Staff were very attentive and informative. They weren’t pushy in any way. We tried the sleep machine which made us feel even more confident with our decision. The staff even offered us drinks while we were in.

The three members of staff in the store all went above and beyond to look after us I would say it’s one of the best sales experiences that I have had the detail they went to exploring all over different options was amazing.
