After being in the kirkcaldy store, we went to the dunfermline store and was greeted by Iain who was so helpful! He offered us both a hot drink or water which my partner took! We helped us locate the mattress we came to see and even went out the way to move 2 mattresses next to each other so we could compare them.

Iain was friendly and helpful with out being constantly by our side. We were given time to consider our purchase and try out the beds.

I recently visited my local Dreams store with the intent of returning the next day with my disabled grandmother, so she could pick out a new bed and mattress. Unfortunately my grandmother was unable to visit the store with me the following day. The staff were very understanding and gave us some space and time to Video Chat so my grandmother could pick out a bed she liked. We were looking for a very specific mattress and the staff were more than helpful with this, showing us all they had to offer. It didn't take long at all for my gran to pick out her new bed. From the moment I arrived in store the staff were so friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. Two members of staff in particular who also helped us check out were so kind and had a lot of understanding towards our situation. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed and would return again in the future myself.

The sales person approached me not long after entering the shop. I explained I was looking with a view to buying. He allowed me time to view products and was available at all times if I needed to ask a question. He was polite and not too pushy. The shop was busy but felt safe and clean. I would recommend Dreams to family and friends
