Very knowledgeable staff who gave us excellent guidance on the best value bed for our needs.

We have been served by Stuart who was very attentive. He really took his time to understand what we are looking for and was very knowledgable on the product. We have visited another store before coming to dreams and Stuart’s customer service was just off the scale on the comparison. So we stayed in dreams and we spent our money in dreams

I was asked if I’d like to go on the computer mattress to see what mattress suited best The assistant also looked up in the computer to tell me what mattress I had bought previously I was shown which mattresses suited me best and given time to try each of them out They also explained the pros and cons of each mattress I spent a lot more than expected but wasn’t pressured into buying
