Stewart took a great deal of time to ensure I got the mattress best for me. Even when I thought I had the one, he’d make me keep trying other mattresses and, low and behold, I would find one better. He clearly knows his stuff, explains things well and makes the process enjoyable and easy.

Russell was very knowledgeable & friendly. He greeted us soon after arriving in the store and helped us select the best mattress for our needs. Selection of beds & mattresses was great. The mattress isn't in stock so he warned us that there would be a potentially 12 week lead time but we were made aware of this before purchasing.

Stewart was very friendly & helpful. Very welcoming and no pushy. He really made sure we were happy with what we were buying.

Russell was the advisor that helped us in the Dundee store. His customer service was exceptional. He was very attentive, relatable and we couldn’t have been happier with his service. He made the process as easy as possible and even after we returned to the store he was seeing to other customers but got another member of staff to help us and passed on all of the information we’d discussed. He was very conscientious of health and safety and covid restrictions and ensured that the computer was being sanitised between staff and customer use. Thank your Russell! You made our shopping experience with our 4 year old enjoyable - which is a tall order indeed!!

Great attentiveness. Staff allowed for us to have a look before approaching, all our needs were asked and also met. Nothing was too much trouble and the nice cup of tea was a bonus

The salesman Tommy was very helpful and was extremely friendly. He also was very knowledgeable about the type of bed and mattress that I required also the technology the store had was amazing
